Raja Yoga with Ashley Pearson

Ashley Pearson, a long time yogi of 20 years, shares her deep love & reverence for the path of awakening and the vast realm of the inner body. Ashley has been teaching yoga for 12 years, and has been a certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach for 4 years. She has continued her personal growth & focus on spiritual evolution, throughout the years by taking workshops & retreats with world-renowned teachers that inspire her continuous reach to the higher self in all areas of life. Ashley’s passion for living consciously has always been a guiding light, and remains a devoted path of universal love.  


Ashley’s classes are a traditional blend of asana, breathwork, curated music/sound, affirmations, along with an expansive guided Shivasana that leads the practice to completion. Always a student, Ashley lives the life on & off the mat. and finds genuine joy in giving to each class and exchange found from every being. 



   Yoga teachings that combine the awareness of breath, energetically supportive sequences, alignment, deep relaxation, and meditation. Learn the joy found by working with the inner body, and the self discovery that comes through body prayer.
