This unique 6-week class is designed as an introduction for new students, as well as a great way to renew yoga practice for returning students. Learn the foundational: warm-ups, yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation techniques. Tap into the wisdom of your body and move towards stress-free inner peace and harmony. Develop the skills to recognize and release emotional, spiritual and physical trauma, as well as patterns held in the body that are no longer serving your highest good. Experience the body, mind and emotions working together through yoga!
