A well trained mind is essential for true and lasting happiness and the attainment of enlightened awareness. This class focuses on meditation as a tool for transforming our relationship with the mind, our self and our life experiences. An unruly mind often leads to unnecessary hardship and suffering.  Through the practices of Calm Abiding meditation (Shamatha) and Contemplative meditation (Vipashana) we can penetrate the obstacles to living our life in a peaceful manner, meeting our future with confidence and joy, as we simultaneously dissolve the obscurations that block the awareness of our True Nature. 6:30- 8:30PM Cost $30 or $25 by 7/17 Register Online
